These Trade Supply Group terms outline how we supply goods and services. This is a summary and not a substitute for legal advice—confirm requirements with your counsel.

Ordering & pricing

  • Quotes are indicative until confirmed by the trade desk and paid/approved.
  • Prices may adjust if supplier costs or freight change before confirmation.
  • Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE); we correct mistakes when identified.

Payment & billing

  • Payment terms are as agreed (e.g., upfront, account terms if approved).
  • Late payments may incur interest/fees per agreed terms.
  • We may hold or cancel orders for unpaid balances or suspected fraud.

Delivery & pickup

  • ETAs depend on supplier stock, freight, access, and confirmation cutoffs.
  • Risk passes on delivery/pickup; inspect goods promptly and report issues.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, cranes, or special handling.

Returns & issues

  • Contact the trade desk for returns/credits; some items may be non-returnable.
  • We follow NZ consumer and trade law where applicable.

Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the affected goods/services.
